Service Description

I am an integrative therapist and Clinical supervisor, weaving together different approaches, ranging from Transactional analysis to person centered, as well as CBT and Gestalt, to meet the needs of each client I work with. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked in various settings, supporting people in active addiction with complex mental health issues, those in the sex industry navigating complex trauma, PTSD and Bereavement and more. I am passionate about what i do, and approach my work with dedication, creating a safe, reflective and engaging space for supervision. My goal is to offer a space were we explore and reflect on your work in ways that are enriching and thought provoking. I like to strip away jargon and offer a down to earth, honest approach were we can work with and support our clients in the most effective and professional way possible. I work with Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Students, trainees, and professionals across other related fields, such as coaching, education and social care. I offer individual supervision at £50 an hour or £75 for 1.5 hours.
